Executive Summary

03

June vs July View

04

Executive Summary

July generated 152,152 views across four platforms, down 19.4% from June. Facebook produced 80.7% of them, entirely organic. One summer story — sun, tanning and pigmentation — carried every platform.

Facebook: More Viewers, Fewer Views

122.8K views but 80.3K viewers — viewers rose 18.7%. Still 100% organic, and the page passed 10,007 followers.

Instagram: Second Month Down

12,954 views (−46.4% vs June) and 6,375 viewers (−48.9%). Reels are 93% of all visibility.

YouTube: Shorts Feed Engine

10,198 views and +18 subscribers. 91.3% of traffic comes from the Shorts feed alone.

TikTok: Holding Steady

6.2K views (−11.6%), but shares grew 19% and net followers rose to 14. Search is half of all traffic.

One Summer Story

Three themes — tanning, sun protection, pigmentation — each ran on three platforms and produced 87,471 views between them.

Concentration Deepened

Facebook is now 80.7% of all views, up from 77.9% in June. The dependency grew rather than eased.

Before You Read These Numbers

Four figures in the July dashboards contradict each other or contradict June. Every number in this report is shown exactly as the platform reported it — nothing has been adjusted to make it fit. These are the open items.

1. Facebook views: two figures

The KPI card reports 122.8K views. The deep metrics report 181,969 organic views with 0 from ads. Since Facebook is 100% organic, these should be the same number. They differ by 59,169.

2. YouTube watch time vs duration

26.1 hours across 10,198 views implies an average view of 9.2 seconds, but Studio reports an average view duration of 0:20. At 0:20 the watch time would be 56.7 hours.

3. Facebook country split sums to 112%

Egypt 98.4% plus eight other countries totals 112%. The shares are shown as reported, but they cannot all be percentages of the same audience.

4. Month-over-month baselines drift

Facebook views are reported as −38.2%, which implies a June base of 198.7K — June's own report said 147,141. Viewers (+18.7%) and TikTok views (−11.6%) do reconcile. The chart below uses the two reports' actual figures.

A Consistent Pattern Holds

One Summer Story, Three Platforms Each

Tanning damage ran on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok (48,400 views). Sun protection ran on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube (34,512). Pigmentation ran on Instagram, YouTube and TikTok (4,559). Nothing else made a top list.

Aligned Audience

Women lead everywhere and the lead is widening: Instagram 92.2%, Facebook 85.3%, TikTok 69%. Ages 35–44 are the top band on both Instagram (35.2%) and TikTok (33.2%).

No Way Out Of The Content

Facebook recorded 0 link clicks all month. Instagram recorded 11 external link taps, down 50%. 152,152 views produced 11 outbound clicks in total.

CONCLUSION: The content reaches people. Nothing carries them to a booking.

What We Need To Improve

1. The Outbound Path (Critical)

Facebook logged 0 link clicks in July. Instagram logged 11 external link taps, down 50%. Across 152,152 views, eleven people were carried anywhere. The audience is being informed but never invited.

Focus: One booking destination, linked from every bio and named on screen in every reel. Measure taps weekly, not monthly.

2. Instagram, Two Months Falling

Views fell 46.4% versus June, viewers 48.9%, profile visits 37.3%, profile activity 37.9%. Followers still grew to 2,648, so the account is not being penalised — the content is simply not being served.

Focus: Reels are 93% of visibility but posts are 0.5%. Test a carousel and a story series before assuming reach is the only problem.

3. Concentration Deepened

Facebook rose from 77.9% to 80.7% of total views. That was flagged as a risk in June and it grew in July. The remaining three platforms produced 29,352 views combined.

Focus: The reel that did 44.8K on Facebook did 1.1K on TikTok and 2.5K on Instagram. Same asset, same month — find out why.

4. Reporting Integrity

Four figures conflict this month: Facebook views (122.8K vs 181,969), the country split (112%), YouTube watch time versus average duration, and several month-over-month baselines that do not match June's report.

Focus: Fix the export method before August. Pull every figure from one dashboard view, on one date, with one date range.

What We Must Stop

  • Publishing without a destination. Zero Facebook link clicks is not a content problem, it is a missing call to action.
  • Letting Instagram slide a second month. Two consecutive declines is a trend, not a fluctuation.
  • Posting the same cut to four platforms. The Tan reel did 44.8K on Facebook and 1.1K on TikTok.
  • Reporting percentages without a fixed baseline. Three of this month's stated changes cannot be reproduced from June's figures.
  • Reading TikTok as a failure. Views fell 11.6% but shares rose 19% and net followers rose to 14.

Next Step Recommendations

5 high-impact actions to run next:

  1. Build and instrument one booking path, then report taps and consultations weekly.
  2. Instagram diagnostic — cadence, format and posting time, June versus July.
  3. Reconcile the Facebook views figure with Meta before the August report.
  4. Plan August around the three proven summer themes, with a native cut per platform.
  5. Fix the YouTube watch-time and average-duration mismatch in Studio.

Top Content (July 2026) Organic only

Organic Top reels by views
Simple takeaway: Two reels produced 76,100 views — 62% of the month. The sun-protection reel earned more reactions (479 vs 287) on fewer views, so it is the stronger piece of content even though it ranks second.

Action Plan

  • Add a booking link and a spoken call to action to every reel.
  • Make more sun-protection content — best reaction rate of the month.
  • Investigate why views fell while viewers rose 18.7%.
  • Reconcile the 122.8K and 181,969 view figures with Meta.
  • Rebuild watch time — down 37.2% to 16d 20h.

FB Specific Next Steps

  • Retention curve on both top reels.
  • Why 3-second views fell 37.9%.
  • Reaction rate per reel, not just views.
  • Fix the 112% country split in export.
  • Posting cadence vs viewer growth.

Organic Top 4 posts by views
Simple takeaway: Reels generated almost all Instagram visibility, with 79.8% of views from non-followers. The top four posts total 7.8K views — 60% of the month from four pieces.

Action Plan

  • Diagnose two months of falling reach before changing the content.
  • Break the 93% reel dependency — test carousels and story series.
  • Restore the link path: 11 external taps, down 50%.
  • The same Tan reel did 44.8K on Facebook and 2.5K here — compare the cuts.
  • Target Greater Cairo, which is 32.8% of the audience.

Organic Top 4 Shorts by views
Simple takeaway: The Shorts feed drove over 90% of YouTube traffic. The top four Shorts total 6,194 views — 61% of the month — and are tightly bunched between 1,312 and 1,722, so nothing broke out.

Action Plan

  • Cut the 62% swipe-away rate with a stronger first frame.
  • Grow search past 5.7% — title Shorts as questions patients ask.
  • Ask for the subscribe on screen: 10,198 views produced 18 subscribers.
  • Pin a booking link in the channel description and Short descriptions.
  • Fix the watch-time and average-duration mismatch in Studio.

Organic Top 2 videos by views
Simple takeaway: Search and For You contributed almost equally, with Search leading slightly. Both top videos also ran on other platforms — the Tan reel did 44.8K on Facebook and 1.1K here.

Action Plan

  • Keep writing for search — it is half of all traffic, two months running.
  • Build on shares, up 19% — the one metric that grew.
  • Cut a native TikTok version instead of reposting the Facebook reel.
  • Confirm the true comment count with TikTok analytics.
  • Post more often — only two videos made the month's top list.
